No Cotract With Mettle

I had a contract With Integer Home Loans, they became non exsistant and handed my account to Mettle to administer without my consent, Mettle cannot accept my money without any contract with them, why do i have to pay the company that i do not even know if they exist? i do not wish to continue paying this company.
the question I asked them was, what happens if there is intrest rate change? they cannot change mine because thay are not the bank, and I do not have any cotract with them,
they cant just do as they wish without consulting with me, otherwise i would have swiched to Standard Bank on my own
