I had an issue a couple weeks ago regarding the handset delivery for a phone I ordered via FNB. Gladys was so effective that she sorted me out very quickly, and all the meanwhile keeping in touch on a constant basis. She even assisted me in obtaining insurance on my device after it was initially stated that nothing could be done about it.
