The service is of poor quality, still I dont have my money back. The call I received from Amanda Mnothoza was not to provide a solution but to make me feeling as if it was my fault that Standardbank transferred money (R10300.00) out of my account without my consent.
I'm still waiting for a call from the team leader of the department resposnible
for this.
