Loan not paid out

Hi, I applied for a loan on the 01.03.2013 which was approved, i have been in correspondence daily with the consultant and i have now been informed of excuse after excuse with the payout to be done. I have never dealt with such horrible service in my life, i then put in a complaint and i was told the money would be paid, it had been paid into my account and then the next day it was removed from my account leaving my account in a negative figure, this is not acceptable and need this sorted out asap, the service is appauling and i will never use Clientele again or suggest anyone to use them either.
