Not completing the payout of a loan

Good day, I applied for a loan through Clientele Loans on the 16th January 2013, since then there were correspondence between myself and the consultant and every-time when the pay out had to happen there were different story's that were told to me, today is the 1st February 2013 and i still do not have the loan that Clientele told me i qualified for, and no payment has been made into my account. I would not recommend them to any one as i had a really bad experience. i have also sent a complaint e-mail on Wednesday and i got an automatic reply to said i will be contacted within 24hours, but up to date no one has contacted me yet.
