The worst service i have ever recieved

I have never experienced such a bad service and unprofessional behaviour from anyone, I have logged a claim on the 29/01/2013 and up to now they did nothing about it except and empty promises. I have submitted all required documents but they are just failing to do their job. Every day i have to call them and ask for feedback and progress and they always tell me they will settle it the next day but deep down i just know they are lying cause they have said that more than 7 times already. The most recent i have received from them is that "We have sent your offer to your email". Which is once again. I really don't know how to get through them anymore. I am very frustrated and disgusted by possibly the worst service ever.
