NO CLEARANCE LETTER FOR DEBT REPAYMENT

I recently had a little extra money, so I cleared both my credit cards with Nedbank. I have corresponded with them in all ways possible, but still cannot get my letter confirming that it has been repaid. I need this letter to be lifted from debt review, but nothing has been received.

I would've paid someone else earlier if I could do this again, to show them that their service isn't worth my money.
