I received the following debit order in my checking account

I am not aware of who this is, and there is not enough information to even get an idea of who these people are. I am not familiar with the name or even the reference number and why they would use NAEDO.

Please reverse this with immediate effect and prevent any similar debits from my account as they are not authorised.
