What is the NAEDO TRACK INTEL deduction on my ACC

I am working abroad and had no access to my account for the last two years due to a compromised PIN number on my profile. now that this was resolved and I could access my account I see a NAEDO TRACK INTEL deduction every month on the last statements. I can not go back further than three months. With the balance I can see this must have been going on for a long time!
recently I received a notification of a debit order for Out Surance. I have never felt with them ever. How can there be a debit order.
What is going on?
