VERY BAD ATTITUDE

On a resent call to Alexander forbs i spoke to a lady SYLVEA. I asked for help about a claim and she began to make rude comments (one was that she implied that i was having a bad day and that i was being rude) This lady has no idea what customer service means let alone know how to work with clients. I will defnitly not recomend ALexander Forbs to anyone!!! DONE WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!
