Fasttracked a claim against atowing company

I had my car towed by Euro toing who had been sent by my insurance an when they got to the gate where i live, the trailer dameged the gate and the body corporate calimed an amount of R2500.00 for damages from which I in turn claied from the insurance.

After some struggle with the call centre agents I reported back to the insurance that was not getting any help and Dikeledi came through to sort out the problem and had my claim honoured.
