Unauthorized debit orde

I have no dealings with Fnb. On saturday, i received notifications that Fnb had debited my Absa account of an amount of R150.00. I then recieved another notification that they had attempted (luckily there wasnt enough funds available) to debit my account with R700.00! I immediately contacted Absa, who informed me that this was an unauthorized debit order and that I needed to contact Fnb. Noone at the call centre could assist me, and after being transfered, holding on for ages and being given incorrect alternative contact numbers i gave up. How on earth do I go about finding out why you took my money (and are attempting to take more)! I have not given you permission to debit my account, and I have never dealt with you before?
