Undoubtly the best customer service i ever had

I applied for a home loan with Penny as the consultant. from the outset you could see that she was absolutely efficeint and knew the ins and outs of her job. Knew exactly what i needed and explained to me in great detail as to what was required of me. she was very helpful through the entire process and to my amazement I recieved an answer 2 days after the application. Although i did not Qualify for the bond i really want to say a huge thank you for the great service recieved from Penelope. never have i recieved such great service from a bank employee. She definitly is one in a million.
