FNB Hacked my money

I owe FNB some money due to a shortfall on a Quicksale. I emailed these people my offer, I never heard from them and they proceeded to hack my personal bank account taking R1000!

Sameerah Ebrahim phoned me straight after she did this and said they have taken my money until an acceptible arrangement has been made, of course after I had made an offer. Sounds like a hostage situation to me.

After doing some research I noticed that they have done this type of thing and worse before:
