[URL Removed] MONEY OUT MY CREDITCARD

Hi everyone

i notices last year when i payd a R300 speedfine on [URL Removed] that they are taking money as the like out of my creditcard without my permision! They sucked my creditcard empty on the 10/01/2013 and on the 13/04/2013 they tried taking another R2000 witch wasnt available luckally! i dont know who gives them the right but i had my creditcard stopped and now wanting to move to another bank aswell!
