Negligent return of funds instead of crediting my

On 27 March a party transferred money from Barclays London to my account at ABSA. I was told the money would be in my account the next day. on 5 April I contacted [Email Removed] and found out that I have interchanged 2 digits of my account number, that the money was with ABSA but that it could only be rectified by SWIFT from the transferring bank. On 5 April I sent a copy of the correcting SWIFT message to Lulu who confirmed that she would immediately investigate.By 8 March no response. I emailed Lulu and International Banking [Email Removed] Lulu phoned me then and said Zulu's department wrongfully sent the funds back to London as they knew that it was my money as it was captured on the system and that I should report them at Aksie lyn. I asked for a previous colloquy to assist ( [Email Removed] I got an email from him yesterday that this was reported to line management and International banking. Up till now I have not heard anything. As I have urgent commitments to pay with the money I have tried to transfer, I am desperate to get the money. The emails were also copied to [Email Removed] (my branch Manager), [Email Removed] without response.
