BAD SERVICE!

Today my husband and I went to absa bank to apply for a home loan. I was told by the branch at Kenilworth by a helpful lady that because I only had my payslips on email we needed to go to Blueroute branch for assistance. When we arrived the receptionist went through our docs and I explained to her I have my payslips on email that i can send to the helping consultant and she advised it would be fine. 2hours later and still waiting, the bank had already closed and we were still waiting when a lady finally came up to us to ask to see our docs. She looked through it and I again explained the payslip situation to what she replied she would find out if it can be printed. 10mins later she comes back saying it cant be printed because it would cause a "system conflict" and also sent us away saying we also need to have the salary slips stamped by our employers. I checked the site and that was not specified on the site. With all other banks ive delt with they prefer docs via email but Absa doesnt. Is this a third world bank or are your employees just too lazy to provide a service to your clients. I am utterly disgusted at the service we were given if one could even call it a service.
