HOME LOAN DOCS DESTROYED???

We wanted to buy a flat and my fiance had a sit down with Barbara Fisher Hill who said all was in order for a bond approval provided I send her a copy of my Payslip and contract, which I do, to no response

Then we got word that Std Bank would not finance the flat due to commercial property on sectional title.
So she phoned my Fiance to tell him this, at this point my agent asked for permission to collect docs to take to a different bank, which I then gave on email and verbally, Barbara went on to tell the bond originator and agent that she had destroyed all documents, surely we could have pick it up? as some were original payslips?

We have tried calling her endless times as well as emailed her, to know a avail?

I have been a client of std bank for like 10 years if not more? and this is the service I get?

If we do find a new home I will not do it through standard bank, My fiance and I will both also be shifting all my other products over to the bank that accommodates us.

Honestly upset that we have get all these documents again because std bank is not interested in our well being by being kind enough to hold on to the docs!!!

Bad attitude!!!
