On the 31/10/2013 I submitted my application with all the supporting documents except my spouse's payslips of which I had requested on my email that they must let me know should they require more information. No one came back to me until I contacted them on the 13/11/2013 and I was told that they only received an application without the supporting documents which I find it to be very strange as I had proof and my initial email was addressed to [Email Removed] as well as to [Email Removed] On the 13/11/2013 I provided them with the supporting documents without my spouses payslips. They then confirmed receipt and advised me that I will be contacted in 4 working days. On the 15/11/2013 I submitted my spouse's payslips as they had requested. I then escalated the matter to Emma De Lange who is the team leader to Noluthando as I was getting irritated with the poor service I've been getting from ABSA. All the time I have to follow up with them and I will be told some info/docs is required when I don't follow nobody bothers to keep me in the loop. My last follow up to them was yesterday and this morning and still no response. I want this finalised now. Bad service.
