I had a problem in getting my cards before departing SA in December inspite of me explaining that I know that those cards are expiring in March and I will be overseas already. I was told that they can only print those cards a week before the expiry date and I must come and collect them. That was one of those days where I felt like I can close my Nedbank account because I won't be able to use them overseas after March, is either I must fly to SA to collect them or let them post them and I will be liable for the postage bill. I have good relations with all the Nedbank consultants where I stay, looking back at the service that I was getting from Nedbank especially in the branches and through Nikkita and Khanyakahle I decided not to take this case further against any of those consultants at the branches where I was told that I won't be able to get my cards before departure- also the consultants they called Nedbank Head Office in my present and they were told that is impossible for me to have those cards in time. Nikkita tried her level best kept me informed on how to clear this matter but I ended up telling her that is not necessary anymore I will use my husband's cards. Thank you
