Nedbank
Savings and Transactor Plus account (NO FICA)

I applied online for my Nedbank Savings and Transactor Plus account. Within two or so days I received emails saying that my cards where ready for collection and all I needed to do was take my FICA Documents to the Sandton Branch and I would receive my Cards. When I got there I was told that I cannot collect my cards because I needed to deposit money into them. Since I didn't carry any money I made it clear to the lady helping that I will leave my documents and come back in two weeks as I will be away.
On Sunday I went to the bank and thought I would get my cards and I was told I cannot collect them because my documents have not been updated on the system and even if I deposit the money I cannot collect or do anything with the card.
I left the documents two weeks ago and from that time till Sunday they had not yet put my documents on the system. I am very willing to close the accounts because Nedbank has not even been the best bank to me ever.

Not only that the ladies at the enquires said they would call me on Monday after sorting out the Problem and they haven't. I wonder how exactly Nedbank makes things happen with such incompetency!!! Sort this out!
