Horrible response

So after my complaint about Standard bank I was further treated as rubbish by them. Dawud's sarcastistic snotty and degrading emails were not appreciated. Even mg fiance commented on how rude is emails were when he read them. It is disgusting how they treat people, which brings me back to the same complaint.
