Dial direct debited and increased my premuims without my concent, no letter or email was sent, no one contacted me with this regard, and i had not known anything until i saw my sms for february paying my account,

This is surely illegal as i am a good customer and i pay my account to dial directly well, i did not expect this type of service, I want a refund of my money that was taken without my consent
