Disrespectful and unprofessional employees

Barely 2 weeks after a complaint I placed on this website regarding what I felt was unfair/unacceptable on my mum's side (Ms Florence Zulu), she had a call from Standard Bank (not sure who called her) and upon her arrival I'm so sad and very angry to say that she had 2 women attacking her because I placed a complaint on Hello Peter and they said all she said was not true. How disgusting. One of the lady's name is Mary (wish I knew the surname). They had a huge conflict and to think that it all happened at the Bank, perhaps with clients watching, what a disgrace! The behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional. I wish I was there also when my mum was being disrespected by these 2, unprofessional women and will make sure the next time they call her I'm there also. I wonder if that's the way Standard Bank treats its clients and who manages the Rivonia branch? My mum hasn't received any help from Standard Bank after the complaint I placed but all they did was humiliate her, maybe because they think she is illiterate. Truth is, this woman I'm talking about here is a mother to people like me and the last thing I need is having her treated like trash. I'm glad I left Standard Bank :(
