FRUSTRATION WITH STANDARD BANK

I now understand why so many people that I know have left Standard Bank and moved to FNB. I lodged a complaint on hellop peter and to date have not received a rpoper response. I keep getting emails that the investigation has been moved. Why am I being charged charges on my credit card??? Can someone not just explain this to me.
