Rear-end accident. Wimpie Metro Accident Assist 0727093733 helped with towing to O yard 3/3 00:30 On 4/3 Stella 0126733485 from O phoned me.5/3 assessment received repairer Autospray 0123235720.Stella emailed A to collect my car, which was done TWO days later.8/3 I phoned A to hear that the two dents on the rear fender were not noted & included in the assessment made by Samora Leslie 0725625719. Maria from A sent photos to O for authorisation. A needed to investigate how the dents were caused before O would approve or deny. 13/3 I Phoned Stella-no news from O or A? 14/3 I phoned A, Maria said they sent their report to O saying they could not find evidence that the accident caused the dents. O teamleader Kunal Hariprasad 0126848227 responded by email denying authorisation. I phoned Kunal @ 12:20 he denies emailing A, saying he is still waiting for their report. He would phone A & phone me back-I am still waiting for his call? Why must I, after 6 loyal client years have to A: Follow Up On My Own Car? B: Have To Fight For Authorisation? C: Have To Wait 19days For A 'paint job'? I am VERY dissapointed, I have NEVER claimed & this is the service? Outsurance is PATHETIC at bending over backwards!
