I transferred my insurance to PPS Short Term Insurance in March 2012.

I sent an email on 3 April 2012 requesting that corrections be made to my Schedule of Insurance that I received by email. There was no response to the email.

The current Schedule of Insurance was received with a covering letter by email on 1 March 2013. The corrections that I requested the year before had not been made. There were also additional queries that I had. I sent an email on 1 March 2013 to the email address listed on the letterhead as well as the email address that the email was received from. There was once again no response to the emails.

I left a message at about 9.30am on the 12th of March for Elicia Schultz (Short-Term Insurance Manager: Operations) to contact me. Effectively 3 business days later and I have had no response from her.

If I had known the pathetic service I would never have changed insurers.
