Last year I dealt with Morris who gave me truly wonderful service from Nedbank,

Since I changed all my account details over he had a lady by the name of Zintle calling me to change my debit orders,

So in January we finally conclude what to change, my purse was and upon going into the branch to fetch my new card, I dropped off all the papers - Signed.
Then the smses came through to say orders have been changed, she then called me to say the only one she could not change was a an account I was paying off, I replied not to worry I will pay it cash.
Then the end of January comes, the debit orders dont go through, so I though ok, it was maybe becuase it was changed so late, the end of Feb comes and the same happens, now I am sitting with a bad name at FNB becuase she didnt change the orders and they have bounced back!!! I then sent an email to Morris highly upset as I have unpaid bank charges becuase of this, Zintle calles me, and is SO RUDE I end up putting the phone down her!! I am the customer and she WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK!! She i That was Friday its now Thursday NO RESPONSE from her or Nedbank!! I am moving my bank again!! I will NEVER deal with Zintle again or Nedbank!!
