Handed over Fnb personal loans-Edgars

I would like to know happened? I got an e-mail from the lawyers saying that i need to settle the account immediately. I do pay my account every month which i got the statement from Fnb to prove it. Now i would like to know what are they going to do about it? They probably listed me on itc as well, and for what i do not know.
