Unprofessional and poor customer service

My name is Mamokete Grace Modipane I had an account with edgars. In 2009 I had financial problem and my account was handed over to the lawyers. In 2011 I managed to settle my account. They told me that I will receive a settlement. That letter never got to my mails. This year I tried to get a home loan with hubby to be and I was refused to participate in being part of that. My name is being listed due their untrained staff. I do not owe them they. Should have done their work and they stop giving us a pathetic service.
