They just take?

Firstly, I admit that I am in arreas, but have made arrangements to pay, last month my payment went off, even though my ex employer me and did not pay my full salary. I paid FNB but could not pay my full rent. This month FNB decides to just TAKE triple the arranged amount from my account.this month I again cannot pay my full rent and will be kcked out of my flat with my kids. I called to ask them to please reverse the charges, the agent asks me why do I call in when money is taken from me but I don't call in to make arrangements, so sorry but they will not refund me. I am at the end of my rope and had an anxiety attack and am now in hospital! Thanks FNB, continue to believe that u r the best!
