Thanks for the fantastic service. Even though he was ill with Flu, Phillip was able to assist me quickly. Bienare Services were extremely quick and arrived at my premises within 10 mins. Quinton of Bienare was very professional and polite.

However, the base of my brand new bathroom vanity was destroyed by the water leak, and I was advised by Phillip to claim this damage from my complex building insurance. The chairman of the body corp contacted them and was advised that they do not cover any furniture inside the building as this falls part of contents cover and I must therefore claim from Outsurance.
I am now stuck with a damaged vanity and don't how or whom to claim from.
Can somebody please advise me on what to do?
