NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHAT SO EVER!

I contacted Outsurance and submitted a claim for my ceiling that was flooded. The lady assured me that their contractor would call me the same day. I was devastated because there's water trapped in my ceiling, the room was flooded and furniture was already damaged. I complained on the same day, I was told a manager would contact me - she didn't!! instead the next day the builder contacted me and I am working so I said I could only make it after 5pm, he instantly gave me attitude and said he will have to get back to me! Unfortunately I too work for a living! next day the manager calls me, asking me if I was sorted! I had no clue what the outcome was of my claim! she said she will speak to builder and get back to me. another day has gone by! water is still stuck in the celling. NO SENSE OF URGENCY - why am I paying these people?? pathetic service, looking at moving all my insurance because they mess clients around!
