I Logged a complaint about a progress payment, I have an e-mail that that explain the progress payment process to me and stated that there are more money in retention that what I need. I started with building and I done application for progresss payment. I done this twice and everytime the building inspector come out and said the building is in order but bank say not enough building work done. When I wanted to find out how much must I build before they will start to pay, I got the response that there is no money in retention. Everytime I phone the call centre for home loans and Complaint Resolution Center the person say they will phone back and no one phone back. I have proof that the Complaint Centre did read my e-mail about this and reference numbers on home loans. The auto response that I receive stated a consultant will phone me within 24 hours and no has phone me in the last 48 hours. Walls on my house have been demolished and halfway build up again. My security is at risk and I have no response from bank. I have no faith in the home loans department at STD. If they told me from begining that there are no money I wouldn't have started the building work
