No trace of final progress payment

I have called Standard Bank Home loans enquiries dozen times regarding the final progress payment on my building loan, all I get are promises to trace and finalise this query, but nothing gets done. A consultant called Retsang at enquiries promised to investigate and come back to me more than 2 weeks ago, he has since disappeared. My building loan was finalised in August 2013, and the final payment wasn't made. There is still more than R130 000 outstanding on the total loan granted, I never get an explanation as to where it is and when this amount will be released to me. I indicated to the lady that finalised the home loan that I don't want the amount paid into my cheque account, but made available on my access bond account, that wasn't done, instead I get sent from pillar to post. I need this finalised as I have to make payments for the final expenses of the building project. This is frustrating as I have had too many issues with this home loan account, no one calls or at least take responsibility.
