FNB Home Loans call centre waiting time HORRIBLE

I have been following up on my building loan application for the past week. Everytime i call i am put on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time.

Is there another number for the building loan department except for 011 632 2233???

Its been a month now since i put in an application and evertime i have to call the bank to get an update!!!
