Call 0860114940 if you have time to kill. It doesn't matter if you don't have any services with them as they wont answer. You will get to the point where the phone directs you to a voice mail facility but again, rather wait for paint to dry and re paint because no one will call you back. I tried helping my old mother out today with her policy claim as she has left endless messages on that VM facility but no one calls her back. The only time she was called back was after i requested a call back on their website this past Sunday. The problem is not that her policy hasn't been paid out like it was supposed to be on the 1st of this month. The problem is that we cant get to talk to anyone when we call - very frustrating!! She was requested to mail all her details and i did that yesterday on her behalf but 24hours later, guess what - there is still no response. We both don't have time to chase momentum around the whole day and wait for their calls to get them to honor their promise of paying out on a matured policy.
