CONTINUOUS BILLING DESPITE CANCELLATION

I withdrew from Momentum and Multiply in July 2012. I noted that my bank account was still debited in August. I called and asked for the money to be refunded and to be removed from the services. I was refunded the medical aid amount after another month and several calls. However, the multiply benefit continued to be deducted from my bank account. i called again in October and December and note that up to end Feb 2013, my bank account is still being debited. i called the call centre this morning and the agent wants me to now go back and get the actual dates that I called and send them an email requesting a refund.
the amount is now over R1100 that has been deducted off my account. Why should i now have to be inconvenienced for multiply not doing their jobs correctly not just once but 3 times!!!
i have now been assured that the service has been cancelled. I just think that the real problem here is having to speak to different consultants all the time, most of whom don't care because it is not money out of their pockets!
