I lodged a complaint already and up to now nothing has changed or been sorted out regarding my personal details. I have waited now for weeks for their courier service to collect my documents to update my profile so that i can receive my FNB card and still nothing has happened. Its very poor service given the wonderful advertisements they have to obtain new clients.
