We recently swithced from Vitality to Multiply and what a disaster it has been ever since!! I have send my application on 5 December 2012 and received an automated email stating that my application was received. Since then it has been back to back calls to the Multiply Call centre trying to speak to someone with regards to my application without success. They are always extremely busy and you may leave a message which I have done without feedback. I received a call on 31 December 2012 for the first time just to confirm that all is in order and I will not pay the full gym amount. But at the end of the month the full amount was deducted. Two days ago I had a call from another consultant full of promises of feedback because i should have received my refund and I will be mailed again with progress and to date nothing. And then they had the odasity to send me an evaluation form??? I have never in my life experienced such bad service and for an existing Momentum client for the past 11 years to experience this now is really BAD!! I think my next step is to cancel all policies and memberships with momentum and take my business to someone who is not to busy to help.
