The unfairness from my insurance & the panelbeate

After my car was involve in an accident the iwyze insurance took my car to standerton panelbeater which about 150km away from where i stay i requested that they send it to a local panel beater in case i encouter any problem after repairs, i was told its not possible as they work with them. in December 2012 i startet encoutering problem with the car and took it to renault garage and they diagnosis said the car was having problem due the repairing which was not repaired to a renault standard and the warranty wont pay so i called the insurance as i blame them for choosing a panelbeater that was incovenient to me and now didnt fix my car accordingly. after all the faxing and the calling trying to get help from the insurance my case was transfered to the accessor who called the panel beater to say they must collect my car and check but should there be any additional damage i will have to pay for the towing of the car from piet retief to standerton. i feel this case was not handled fairly why should i pay when am not the 1 who chose panelbeater so far? i had to fix the car out of my own pocket because it has been standing for 2 months and am paying for it so i had no choice at all
