Poor call centre consultant

I had requested a call back from discovery insure for car insurance. When the call centre consultant called me we spoke and i shared the information requested to get the insurance quote. After getting the quote i indicated to the agent that the quote was much higher then what i had. She then started asking me some questions and didnt give me a chance to respond or ask questions. I also tried to tell her what the other quote entailed and benefits but she just didnt give me a chance and just went on until i said to her that if she doesnt give me a chance to talk or respond i will then end the call... which i then did.

I am disappointed with the response and poor service received. I have a number of discovery products and didnt expect this type of poor service.
