WAITING DAYS FOR RESPONSE

Applied for a small personal loan on the 20th February. I was asked that same day to email my documents to [Email Removed] which i did. Days later i receive a call but tell them that unfortunately i can not discuss this during work hours, please call back at a reasonable time. They didn't. I have emailed 6 times, and called back the person in question, where i was kept on hold for half an hour. It is now the 12th of March, and NOTHING. Does one have to go to these extremes to hear back from ABSA? I have banked with them for 8 years.
