Average waiting period to get through to anybody

ABSA, it is has been such a frustrating experience to get a claim through to you. Firstly, you cannot get through, the average time to hold is 45min to an hour. The first thee contractors you assigned to us, disappeared or didn't't exist. Now i used my own contractor, and again i'm on hold to submit the invoice. The quote submitted to [Email Removed] got lost in the system, so i'm not emailing the invoice there too. Seems no one is checking that email box. At this point I've only received telephonic 'assurance' that Absa will pay me back. i'm not comfortable with this but the contractor could only come out today. i'm now paying out of my own pocket, and hoping that absa will pay me back. I need someone to get back to me!
