Good day

i applied for a loan, i was approved. i was told to email all my documentaion to email [Email Removed] then the loan will be approved and then i will get paperwork stateing what my monthly premium will be. sign it and send it back.
i have emailed it 5 times and absolutely NOOO FEEDBACK!!!
No wonder everyone at my work is going to leave absa and go to another bank BEC OF POOR VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Word of mouth is a very powerful thing
