Cancellation of Cession Impossible

For over 5 weeks I have tried to get a cancellation of cession on a momentum policy on a home loan paid in full many years ago. After many emails 6 visits to the local branches, woodmead and SAndton and stil the cession cannot be lifted. Reference 52168374 was sent to me but I cannot query as I waited 3 hours on 11 march no answer and my poor branch staff have tried and are stil not able to get through on the contact centre number 0861001868 option 5 option1. Each department spoken to Home loans sent me to Insurance, Insurance back to home loans, then to legal but no one seems to be able to help me
