Outstanding service from Virgin Money Consultant

I was involved in an accident and reported my claim to my insurance. My
claim was registered however I had an issue with my driver's window that got
smashed into. I had been calling in trying to get assistance, spoke to several
consultants on this to no success. Until I was referred to Johanna Makeketa.
Johanna has gone out of her way to help me; my issue was sorted in less than 2
hours from the time it was reported to her. She even went out of her way and
made calls on my behalf before I even could. I was so impressed at the level
of service that I received from this lady. She is truly amazing. And if it should
happen that you get served by her, you will most certainly see what I mean.
