Std Bank unlawfully deducts money for homeloan

Hi,
Std bank home loans unlawfully deducted my money. I have been given the no 0860439770, I've have been holding for 35min- no response, another no: 0860102270, I eventually got through to Lindiwe who asked me to email my query. No help or explanation was offered. This morning I noticed my WHOLE balance has been transferred from my savings to my home loan account on 9/3/2013.
I am now sitting in a dilemma:
I have a 3 year old son who has asthma, and needs to see the doctor regularly especially now that the season is changing he is going to be more prone to asthma attacks and needs his daily medication.
I must pay my medical aid as this is a necessity for my family, not a luxury, now I can't.
I am a father of three children, I can't provide for them due to this transfer.
My debit orders are going to be returned due to this illegal transfer made by the bank.
There is now going to be banking charges put on the account for a banking error.
I am under sequestration. My legal adviser is now advising me to claim compensation for this error made as this is in breach of a legal binding court order!
If there is any one who can advise me I will appreciate it.
