No one can explain the fallacious charges

I see all these documents as illegal as i was not informed of what i was signing. The person that came to MY PLACE OF WORK with these letters never said anything about me giving permission to a court in Kimberley to take action and also did i never give permission for a garnish order against my salary, these costs you are claiming are ridiculous as well. The more i pay the more costs you are adding on and by the rate this going i will never get this finished. When she phoned to confirm my employment she stated that she was phoning from SARS about my tax return. That is considered. I have sent a affidavit through to to previous people that handled this matter on what exactly i was told by that guy that came to my work with the documents. He said it was just to confirm i do owe he money and will contact them to make a payment arrangement when i can afford to. I did explain to him that i was the only bread winner in the house hold and that my rent alone was more than my salary and that i have a 5 year old son to support. now you want to add fallacious charges twice per month so my account just grows. at this rate i will never get it paid up!!! you are
