Ordering smart device from FNB is a bad idea

Been seven days now since I ordered my samsung Galaxy tab 2 10.1 online from FNB. I was told I would be called back in a few days. Gave them a call today and asked why have I not been contacted yet and they say there is nothing on the system, when I ask now what? they just say I must phone the other department and order via phone, so the whole process starts over again lol. O yes and the manager Natasha is conveniently never available. Dont know when this would get sorted out or when I would receive my device maybe never!!
Dont buy from FNB their service is VERY VERY BAD! The money you save with them would be spend on endless phone calls to try and get helped.
